• Rates do not include cleaning fees.
• Reservations are finalized after a deposit is received and confirmed by us.
• We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
• We reserve the right to errors and changes in rates.
• Free use of our children's furniture: crib, high-chair
• Pets allowed at an extra charge of EUR 10.- per day

Children's reduction available (if staying with 2 adults paying in full):

• children under the age of 3: stay free of charge
• children between the age of 3 to 13 years: 50 % reduction
